From this grounded place, you’re invited to engage with your uniquely identified Areas of Importance through 10-minute Activities rooted in intentionality. You’ll start within the Research & Discovery Phase to explore what resonates, then move into Implementation Phase to test what may fulfill. Along the way, space is held for Reflection and Adjustment, which offer grace as you move toward your personalized Steady-State.
